1. Patrick Peterson - still think he would've been solid opposite of Rogers.
2. Blaine Gabbert - Much better choice than what we have there sitting behind Smith.
3. Julio Jones - You could pretty much say we could use him right about now.
4. Von Miller - I believe he would be doing just as good if not better in our front 7.
5.Nick Fairley - Kinda or pretty much glad we didn't draft him, McDonald is a beast!!!
Call me a homer, but I would take Smith over anyone on that list right now. Miller might be a sack artist, but I like Smiths big body. I think over time his frame will hold up better. Also, I dont know how Miller defends the run, but Aldon is a monster with those long ass arms. It's a very underrated aspect of his game if you ask me.
IMO, elite (not saying he is yet) passrusher trumphs all except QB.

I admit that I wasn't too much of a fan of the pick. I wanted Prince at the time that we were picking.
That being said, I look forward to him getting an extended role this Sunday. I'm sure he can come up with a sack or two. The only deficiency in his game seems to be his coverage ability, but this is something that I think he can improve upon.
