Let it roll = draw/roll-out audible.
Kill = random audible, but remain at original route/position assignments.

I watched a Saints game and every time Brees called "kill" it went to a run play. I know it is probably different, just kind of surprised we are using the same verbiage.

The NFL turns the speakers off after a certain amount of time. I just thought maybe the Smith bashing was going away but I guess not. Smith might not be a lot of things as a QB but stupid isnt one of them.

This might be the post of the day, but for all of the wrong reasons. I like questioning someone's intelligence, but misspelling words while you do it. Whether that was intentional or not, it wasn't a good move.
Oh and by the way it's at you, not with you.

Also, the speaker shuts off at :15.
Smith usually gets to the line at :12 or less.

Noticed that too not sure what to make of it but I remember Harbaugh saying that he thought Smith called a good game with the exception of few run checks that he didnt like. My personal favorite was at 11:15 the TD pass to Vernon it sounded like "white lightning" not 100%. I was impressed with the play you could tell that he noticed something went into a 3 step drop and didnt hesitate when throwing to Vern.

I'm sure we change the audibles each weak but keep the same notification like "kill" or "roll on".

I'm especially surprised since Harbaugh didn't call the almighty Sean Payton to see if it's okay.
Seriously though, nothing would give me greater pleasure than beating Payton and the Saints in the playoffs (aside from the Superbowl victory of course).
Not even beating the dead-beat OC Mike McCarthy?

Just to add on to that..
"Let it roll" or another phrase is probably an audible designed by the gameplan. Doubt it will remain the same week after week especially with Harbaugh wanting every advantage he gets.. so he would never telegraph audibles.
"Kill" just mean go to the second option/play called in the huddle. Plays typically have both run and passing options, so its like calling 2 plays from the same formation. Depending on the 2nd call in the huddle will determine whether for example if the kill play was a run up the middle, a toss, or have all WR's run 5 yard comebacks.
Finally an NFL caliber offensive scheme.

Same thing with Sanchez and the Jets, granted Sanchez is regressing now so I don't know if he is even allowed to audible anymore.

So true, his first year or two, his Oline was nasty. I'm not sure what is going on this year, but it has definitely exposed him.
