Ted Ginn . . . but he took a pay cut to stay.

I think Donnie would be an Upgrade, but I don't get to watch that much of him...
Did anyone hear why the Rams cut him, was it strictly $$$$'s, or performance??

He had a major knee injury last year and they have brought in quite a few new WRs.
