You beat me to it, was just going to ask that too. He was right what would he be mad about? other than losing. Not to mention all the annoying blocked field goals. It's not like we blew them up.

We forced FIVE TURNOVERS, 3/4ths of the entire game's possession time, and still only scored two touchdowns. If you think that was "blowing a team up" then you're f**king blind.

If you don't think that forcing 5 turnovers and controlling the ball for 3/4 of the game doesn't constitute blowing a team up, I don't know what to tell you. We left a ton of points on the field, but the Cards had absolutely no chance of winning that game at any point.

Yes I agree red zone offense needs work. A bit too many field goals, half of those field goals that are in the red zone need to TD. However, I am hopping this is the first step only, where you go from losing close ones to winning tight games, to overwhelming most teams.

Actually we did blow them up. The score was absolutley no indication to how badly we dominated them the whole game. Infact if Carlos Rogers makes that int that hit him in the hands then the Cards don't even score.

i love this team. so much fun to watch. been waiting almost a decade for this. they have a lot of potential for futher growth. waiting for the day we dominate like the 94 niners did and where every game was pretty much over by halftime haha. watching the defense was as the offense that year cuz they were so dominant. this year's defense is like that too! instead of subblefield and BY you got willis and bowman!

Esentially I agree, some are the fault of the receiver, o-line, play calling, but Alex is a big part also.

Also for the record I don't worship any QBs, but if anything I admire some as elite-Montana, Young, Manning, Marino, Brady, Rogers, Elway.

I was bummed with no shut-out. With the way the defense played, a "0" for the opponent would have been a nice statement. But darn, Rogers lets an INT go right through his hands and land in Fitz's arms for a TD. That would have been six takeaways. A game of inches!!

I think Alex Smith looked WAY more comfortable running the offense and even improvising a bit to make plays -- a la that "blind" throw to Kyle Williams for the TD. Then again, he threw the INT in the end zone also -- which brought him back down to earth a bit. LOL. By the way, on that INT, Staley was down field blocking, pretty sure that would have been called back with an illegal man downfield anyway. (?)

Agree here, I'm just glad they didn't come out flat and allow Arizona to build on their winning streak. Look at the Redskins taking Dallas into overtime.... Maybe the offense should have scored more considering all the turnovers, but the W is the thing that counts. Crabs had a record day and I think the 9ers can build on that.

We need to put more pressure on Flacco ...Torrey Smith is becoming a legit deep threat, we gotta keep him in check and not allow Ray Rice to get off the edges and explode for big gains ...but Willis & Bowman will be on his ass all day long

I agree, but I'd rather hope to stop on the can build on that and get to the already built and just doing home additions.
