can he catch though

Josh Morgan taught Jerry Rice how to catch a football. True story.

Syber - who do you hate more - Morgan or A. Smith?

Alex Steven Smith

I'm with the original post. It's not that the guys on our roster suck, its just that after Crabtree I think our recievers are average at best. I know the QB has a lot to do with it, but there seemed to be stretches last year where Crabtree and Morgan completly disappeared. We need one more WR to complement MC and make Morgan a number 3.

I'm fine with Morgan as a 700 yard kinda guy if Crabtree does 1k+, and we have a decent slot option. Couple those threats with Davis, Walker, and Gore, and we have a lot of good targets.
Alex Smith and Troy Smith split the season as starting QBs. Someone please tell me what receiver is going to look good in that situation.

I wouldn't worry to much now...just wait till Harbaugh gets in and takes over the offence. I sure there will be improvements in all position played. Can't really be uner-whelmed with a Jimmy Raye run offence.

He is??

exactly

The opposing teams DBs were underwhelmed by our WRs.
All our opponents zero in on frank gore and Vernon Davis so our WRs are going to have to have a break out year as a whole for us to win games.

I just dont think we should go in with the mentality, "that'll do." And that's exactly how I feel about our current corp, meh.

our TE is prob one of the best in nfl

our #2 WR was top 10 in WR production out of all the #2 Wr in the nfl

the problem is our #1 and our slo WR were extremely under whelming

then agin raye and sing were running the offensive show and our passing was limited
I really want to see what Kyle Williams can do
