It is going to be very interesting to see how we use Aldon Smith in his rookie year. I am very curious to see what this young man has to offer. Clearly we drafted him primarily as a pass rusher. Obviously his biggest obstacle in his rooking campaign will be playing time. Heres to hoping he develops fast and can contribute as soon as possible. Our coaching staff must be extremely excited to mold this guy into a quarterbacks worst nightmare!

Just 5 games in and Aldon is sitting pretty at 3.5 sacks. This puts him on pace for 12 sacks come seasons end!! The scary thing is that he will only get more invovled with the defense as the season rolls on. I could easily see him winning DROY. Go Niners

I was skepticle of the dude when they first picked him, but then hearing Sapp and other people talk highly of him i was kind of excited then kind of dissapointed through preseason, but man this dude is turning it up. Im pumped for this kids future with the 49ers.
