Yeah, Dixon's illiteracy is out of control. He's a good special teams player but a useless RB. We need to drop him for a rook or savvy vet

he has converted a few 3rd and shorts for us this year.....for everyone complaining about that play...do yall remember what happened?

also, the Falcons who have some great backs of their own couldn't get short yard plays to save their season against the Giants.

but yall 9er fans, who supposedly follow the team and watch the games, yall go ahead and remember the old Dixon who might have tried to do too much instead of hitting the whole, compared to the one this year who changed his running style for the team.

Watch the official NFL.com highlights the NFCC game to find the highlight of Dixon's 3rd and 1 in the 4th Quarter--it's the only place I could find it. Mind you I'm not even going to get in to the ankle tackle that prevented a big gain on the 2nd and 4.

I heard all the complaining about the play and didn't really remember it, so I wanted to refresh my memory; in short, its sickening to think what could and should have been. At the moment Dixon gets the ball, stop the video. He has a big hole between the LG and C, right up the middle. All he needs to do is run straight and we have a first down. Instead, Dixon stops all forward motion, choosing instead to make a deep, jump-cut at a 90' angle his right and directly into a gang of Giants. Moving entirely parallel to the LOS, Dixon lurches forward and gets no gain
