I really think that this time, the Yorks will have learned from their mistakes. I hope that they'll hire an offensive coach with HC experience, whether it be in the NFL or in college. I know everyone is gonna flame me for thinking that the Yorks can do this, but its just what I hope will happen. If Dr.York was still completely running the team, I'd have no hope what so ever, but I still have a bit of hope in Jed to follow his uncle's footsteps.

See, i think Gruden would be fine only if McNabb came here. I think individually, they wouldn't work because Gruden needs a vet qb.

Go back and see what Jed has to say about hiring Mike Singletary. He felt that Singletary would bring extra intensity. He felt that the team was getting "out-intensitied" under Mike Nolan. Could he have been more wrong?

Don't tell me that this guy "gets it". He obviously does not. He's a jackass.

Ted Robinson works for KNBR, not the Yorks. Jed can't say "no" unless something grievous occurs. Also, Robinson has a great rep for integrity. If he pandered to ownership he would be worth nothing and he knows it.

Did Jed make some mistakes in the past? Sure, but that doesn't mean that he hasn't grown in the job and realizes those mistakes need correction.
