Would you happy as a fan if we hired Gruden. Gruden kept Alex Smith to compete with a rookie QB. Manusky was retained as the D coordinator.
The only issue I see is installing the west Coast offense to be affective for 2011.
Obviously we do draft a QB,Pass Rushing outside lb, Corners

I would trust any head coach with vivid offensive knowledge and experience. As long as we don't have 2 QBs competing through the season (if you have 2 qbs then you don't have 1).
