Do You Trust Jed to Make the Right Decisions?

My biggest concern is that Jed is overwhelmed. Turning around a team as well as getting a stadium built is a HUGE burden for a guy with his youth and inexperience. I think Jed is a smart kid who has a decent chance to figure it out. Right now he REALLY needs to find a football guy GM with experience who can help him out. Like Eddie D. says he needs to trim fat in the front office. If he can find a good GM then he'll be much better off. No guarantee he can find that guy though....

Trust? No, I wouldn't say I trust in Jed York. I'm encouraged by some of the things he has said. I hope he is smart enough to leave the ego at the door and recognize he doesn't know enough to handle things on his own. We just need to get someone confident and competent that wants to step up and resurrect this franchise from the mediocrity and less that it has become.
Nolan and Singletary fooled them.. fooled themselves in thinking they were competent. It's time to stop judging candidates by the flashy print on the cover and actually read the damn book to determine the quality offered.

I sure hope Jed makes the right decision this time around. I am not convinced that he will if his parents are still pulling the strings. However, this is Jed's second year in charge and I would not write him off just yet as some other's have done...

You have hit the nail on the head and I do not believe Jed will hire a GM unless it is Paraag or another crony. They need to find a special person who knows the NFL and has contacts everywhere and is well regarded. Just don't see it happening but I sure hope they do!

Paraag is a money guy. Even Jon York isn't clueless enough to make him the GM.
