3 of the points in the spread are automatic from home field advantage. So we're actually only really favored by 1.5, which is basically a tossup in Vegas odds.

If you're favored by less than a field goal, you aren't really favored. Basically Vegas is confused about both teams because neither is particularly good, and is just giving a slight obligatory nod to the home team.
