Good one. I forgot about asking for a new GM!
(1) A new head coach with offensive expertise in the west coast offense for example John Gruden or Mike Holmgren

(2) A franchise qb like joe montana tom brady

(3) A franchise playmaking speedy wr like jerry rice to pair with vernon davis and mike crabtree

(4) A new defensive coordinator like dick lebeau steelers who pressures qb into mistakes and creates turnovers plays man to man bump and run coverage not soft off the ball zone coverage like manusky

(5) 2 shut down cbs like jets revis and cromratie and 2 hard hitting playmaking safties like ed reed and troy palumalu basically whole new secondary

(6) dominant pass rushing de or olb like charles haley lawrence taylor reggie white

(7) give eddie d his team back

(8) Football minded gm like carmen policy who can attract quality free agents coaches

There are clearly some holes that need to be filled but the biggest right now is CB. I'm sure the Bengals will franchise or re-sign Jonathan Joseph but I'd love to see him come on board.

I really like Brandon Harris maybe in the first round and Marvin Austin (DT) in the second.

I think we can resign Wragge, Franklin and Spikes fairly cheap so I'd like to see them back and show some money to Lawson, Baas and La Boy.

Goldson will probably ask for a little too much so we may need another safety.

I would also wish for a 7-9 or maybe 8-8 playoff birth.

My biggest wish is that we don't give up on Alex Smith. I think we can resign him very cheap and I know he is a talented qb. He should have been starting the last couple of games for us. He was playing well in the Carolina game before he got hurt and I have no doubt that he is the best QB on our roster.

Everything else should fall into place once that happens.

I'd also like a roll of duct tape applied to Jed York's mouth. But let's be honest, we haven't been nice enough for that.
NEW HEAD COACH!!!!

P.S. The moment this season ends, if the Panthers are in the number one draft slot, the board is going to be overrun with "Let's Trade for Jimmy Clausen" threads. Should be funny!
Set back Montana, Steve, and Jerry about 10-15 years and restart the NFL season with them on offense.

Also set back Sing about 100 years so that he could either be the Bears LB or ours, not our coach.

Magically heal Frank Gore.

Give our O-line powers.

Thats my wish list. (Along with an Itouch)

Make it happen, you get anything you want.

I want this team to dominate the line on both sides of the ball. Everything else will come from there.

I want Gruden, Harbaugh or Holmgren as coach or GM.

1.) 'Sing to start Alex Smith and Alex dominates the next four weeks with 300+ yard games.

2.) The line solidifies and Westbrook is catching passes out the backfield (They come together this year at Macy's)

3.) A lot more VD would be nice

Oh and SB MVP in a Crabtree
1. Offensive minded coach from the west coach family.. Gruden, Harbaugh, Holgram

2. Draft A young QB doesn't have to be a first pick but someone we can mold a la cleveland with colt or philly with Kolb or Vick. Let the new offensive guru decide who of our current qbs can take the load for the 2011 season, and ride with him for half or the hole season so that the new QB can grasp the offense.

3. A good CB who can complement shawnte, and reduce nate salary and leave him as a nickel corner.

4. A OLB who can rush the qb.
