I don't hate him. He is the result of management putting a decent man into a position he is not yet ready to fill. I hate the results of that decision but I truly feel sorry for him. I can't imagine what it must be like for someone who is so driven to succeed, and who has enjoyed such a high level of success, to be in a situation where he just doesn't have the answers.
