Since the season is shot how bout spending some time thinking of the future HC.
I would say he has to be an offensive minded coach. I just think OC are in such high demand you have to have the OC be the HC or else he'll be gone after one good season.
I would like him to be a WC student but it is not necessary.
Finally I'd like him to be pass proficient. Do I even need to explain this?
What to you guys want?
