Anyone know of a good coach prospect available. Maybe Gruden. I kind of like Lane Kiffin myself. His dad may even help with the D. Any ideas?

The Yorks, if they had sense (which they DO NOT) would hire a Senior Level "Consultant" like Marty Schotteheimer for the rest of the season and put together a real team: GM, VP, etc. next year...
