The Rachal love affair is ridiculous. I don't want to say it's racially motivated from Sing, but at this point I don't know what to think.

You can really only blame the OL for that last INT. Overall, Alex avoided normal pressure and was not extremely pressured very often.
Yeah that was on both Rachal and Davis. Put Snyder in or slide Baas over for Heit and that play never happens.
Heittman played well the little time he played Guard. He was only moved to Center because Newberry got hurt. Don't know why he isn't playing. Maybe he's not game ready yet.

Don't think that's it. It's Sing preference. Snyder is also totally healthy and outperformed Rachal.

its not the O line/ all nfl QBs will always be in a situation under pressure/ Great QBs make plays under pressure/ the O line can never be perfect every play.

Exactly. It's like Singletary thinks Rachal is some sort of young Larry Allen or something. In reality he's terrible.

It is the O line. Even HoF qb's need a little time on each play.

Rachal is like an automatic opening door, well an automatically opening door that also causes penalties

You have to remember that there are 2 rookies starting as well along with a back up center. I see promise with the oline (other than Rachel who sucks).

so Heitmann's leg is unbroken will he be at center? Baas moving back to G? Staley is on the injury report with a shoulder limited practice time?
Anyone have an update know what the OL will look like sunday?

Baas is < Avg. @ Guard
IMHO > than Heitmann @ Center.
So being that Heitmann was a better Guard than Center should take over @ RG.
Besides we already see what happens when a young inexperienced guy is next to Davis.
Epic Fail to protect the QB is the result.
People can say that only one INT in that game was due to that side of the Line, but think of it like this. That was a HOME game. Imagine how that game would have gone down in Philly.
Alex woulda been a grease spot all day long.
Chilo needs to learn in Practice. Not in situations that threaten our Season. I mean look at the KC game. Chilo ran straight into Berry on a Pull and got stood up. Berry then disengaged and stood Norris up right in front of Frank who got tackled for a Loss. This can happen at any time regardless of venue. Snyder is better than that.
It's time for Chilo to ride some pine.
