That's pretty harsh. He dominated the NO game, although, because he set the bar so high he hasn't looked like his normal self besides that. He has looked like an average LB. Scrub? That's probably an overreaction.

What is wrong with the users of this board, reading comprehension? Was the Saints game in the past 2 games or did you just overlook that part? I don't mean to be rude but I am very curious.

The past 2 weeks he has looked very average, I don't think this is something that will last, he is the best MLB in the NFL and my favorite player. I watch him closely, he has been taking bad angles, slow and not him normal self and our defense needs him, because when he is not himself it shows on the entire unit.

LOL. Patrick willis has played bad the last 2 games. But i am not worried about him at all. he will start playing great again. probably even better than before.

for the 1st three games we have not been the stout running team that we have always been. The last game I think we did well against one of the better offenses in this league

I was basing my comment on your first sentence. Sounded like your referring to his overall play. My reading comprehension isn't that good either.

He is the best player on the team.

And the first guy the opposing offensive coaches game plan against. Don't think they don't

there's not much you can do when they r running away from you and/or putting bodies on you blocking you and forcing ur teammate(s) to make the play...
