Wow. I'm sorry.. but wow. If you watch that video and say "oh Smith wasn't doing anything. Davis was just reacting to nothing." You've got to be clueless. You cannot watch that and see Davis' reaction and not easily conclude there was some nasty crap going on there. The video + Davis' comments + Mack's comments may not prove with "absolutes" -- but for anyone who has had to endure nut-pain and knows what that reaction feels like and looks like -- Davis' is spot on with that.

I believe Shaun Smith was trying to draw a penalty, and did in fact do a low-grab. There's a heck of a lot more evidence to say he did than there is to say he didn't..

This guy needs to be suspended for a couple of games at least. Not cool at all. You don't grab another person's junk without their consent, ever.
