Plans for a protest outside 49ers headquarters

The Candlestick parking lot is not the place. We need to do it right in front of the 49ers headquarters so the entire 49ers front office see it. Online petitions wont work either. All of us who live in the area need to go to the headquarters and voice our opinions.

And like an earlier poster said, we will not make signs like "Alex Sucks" etc....We will be professional and logical about our opinions.

I also love the idea about contacting the media about it. This will put more pressure on the 49ers front office to actually listen to the fans!!!!

I like the yellow idea. It would stand out against 9er colors. ALSO, it a euphemism for ownership/management/Sing being afraid to make the tough decisions.


note: hopefully that's the correct use of "euphemism"....

With all due respect, I don't like your idea bout drinking large amounts of alcohol and protesting. That will just make us angry and our reasons will not be logical. We need to do this in a professional manner if we expect anybody to listen to us.

Should we wait until after next week's game to protest? Singletary said that there will be some changes this week, so should we give it a week or two before we decide to protest?????? I need EVERYBODY"S OPINIONS!!!!!!!!!

oops my bad, there u go, PERFECT, on prime time! I'm almost positive that going into that game at 0-4, Singletary & Raye's hot seats be the biggest storyline for SF.

I think it could do 2 things:

1.) Show management the fans are at their boiling point. This could start hurting the York's in the wallet.

2.) Show the players that the fans still give a sh!t.

It's hardly a stupid idea, but it most likely won't result in any changes.

The Candlestick parking lot is much too big to organize a protest that will be clearly seen by the 49ers front office. I believe we need to do it directly in front of their place of business!
