1 - Snyder replacing Rachal.
2 - Crabtree benched in favor of Ziggy (no, not kidding).
why
when crabtree gets the ball he is legit
alex didnt even look his way in the 2nd half
And there's you answer.
Alex trusts Ziggy way more than he trusts Crabtree at this point.

Well, firing Raye and promoting Mike Johnson is a good first step...he and Alex have a very good relationship, so before I join the dump Alex bandwagon I want to see how they support each other in revamping the offense. Totally agree WRT Snyder at RG...Rachal stunk up the field yesterday. Of course, the entire OL was thoroughly outplayed by the Chief's DL. MJ needs to get back to how the offense played vs the Saints...an attacking style with some real creativity (like Weiss did yesterday). Not sure whazzup between Alex and Crabtree...they looked like they had some decent chemistry the 2nd half of last season. But, that's something MJ can fix...by getting those two on the same page.
There could be some changes on defense, too...as they've given up an avg of 29 pts per game, and that just won't get it done. It was the first game I've seen Willis be a non-factor in a long time. They just had no answers for Weiss' creative offense...and that won't get it done, either. Manusky's on the hook to get his D back on track...and fast.
Ditto Schottenheimer WRT ST's...they've been pretty dreadful so far and that also has to change. He's a good football coach...and I'd expect to see some real improvements soonest.
