Now is the time to start looking at possible HC replacements. see my opinion above
The better Bay Area football team is not in SF. the raiders are solid but not that better.

I'm a hardcore fan. I watch every second of every game. Including the good ole Chris Weinke game. That being said, this team has problems. We fixed one by firing Raye, now Smith needs to be benched and Sing fired. You can be a hardcore fan and realize that at 0-4 s**t needs to change.

Stupid crap like this is irritating. You are probably the same person who leaves at the end of the third quarter to avoid traffic or you may not even go to games. People are frustrated, and rightfully so. We pay for a product and expect good results. It is no different than waiting for 6 months for a movie you wanted to see, and then it is totally dissappointing.

They are still fans, so no need to criticize them when you obviously haven't been around here for very long...

Like mentioned here, hardcore would indicate we love our 49ers, but don't necessarily have to agree with the direction of the team. If Hitler were president would you just ride it out? No, you'd fight to get him overthrown... Yorks started this ball rolling a long time ago... I don't completely blame sing for being a bad head coach.. he was hired afterall by the same people that hired in Nolan...
However, Sing is keeping with the alex smith line... which makes him questionable... being smith hasn't done anything good to warrant sticking with him, he's had a fair chance.


therefore... the hardcore fans... want to see the team turn around, we just feel it's from the top up... need an overhaul. It's all opinion anyways...

When was the last time we threw to a receiver in stride? We always throw to them when they are stopped. Is that the playcalling or lack of trust on Alex's part?

Mike Johnson is not the answer. 3 freakin draw plays in a row???? Whats the difference between him and Raye? I can't tell.

Lets see, the defense gave up 16 points and scored 7. That means our offense scored once. ONCE!!!! This loss is on them.

We need a HC (and staff) and a QB. We have talent but lack the 2 main ingredients.

Anyone notice that since Mooch was fired we have a lot of games where the offense only generates around 250 yards? The only time since then that we have had decent yardage output was when Martz was OC, but it came with 4-5 turnovers a game and a half dozen sacks. We need a decent OC and an offensive minded coach, and of course a QB.

Agree, some fans think because you want Smith out that you are not a true fan, wake up guys. Tough love beats blind faith all day.

Rams are a perfect example of how a quality QB can turn a team around pretty quick---this is what the Niners need---post game analysis--pre game analysis---offseason analysis---any type of analysis
