I donot blame Goldson on this one. Although I like Manusky aggressiveness on that last drive, he should have probably not blitz on this down and dropped more in coverage. But hey I never like the prevent defense and we were aggressive and Brees showed why he won the superbowl.

As for our defense we have lots of talent but donot have that pass rusher that will make this defense feared. When things go bad offensively they donot keep things low scoring. Very dissapointed with them in the seattle game. We are getting less sacks and pressures then last year. Less turnovers so we need both to turn this season around.

Yea we need some more f**king turn overs man.

We have a good defense. We need a good pass rusher to make it a solid very good defense. The offense has talents but young and need to limit the stupid mistakes. If we can get these two on both sides, it's NFC Championship GAme => SB!!!

We didn't lose Monday night because the D failed to make a stop. We lost because of 4 turnovers. We gave them 2 points on a bad snap and we gave them 3 points on a muffed punt (could've easily been 7 points but our "not so great" Defense held them out of the end zone). That alone is the difference in the game. We also turned the ball over two times in the red zone.

The Defense has plenty of room for improvement but picking them apart (pointing out the flaws, ignoring the successes) and blaming them for Monday's loss is unfair.

Rex Ryan is running the Jets like the '85 Bears and they went to the AFC championship last year.

This team reminds me more of the Giants than the Bears. The Bears had that swagger on offense, but it's the dominating defense that people take notice. Not sure this team is like that. The Giants through the years have a mostly conservative, time of possession offensive and a good solid defense. I think we are closer to the Giants.

If the defense had stopped them on the last drive, we wouldn't have lost the game. There is enough blame to go around though, take away just one of those turnovers and we likely win. But at the end of the game, the d couldn't stop the saints.
