I hate that Singletary demotes Nate Davis for his work ethic, and yet doesnt demote Jimmy Raye for spending his offseason scratching his ass and being completely unprepared with his play calling when season starts.

Losing, inept coaching, the team never rising up to the challenge, poor offensive play since Garcia left, being the laughing stock of the league, etc.
