I like what the Saints did against the Vikings. They passed passed passed passed most of the first half, and then ran ran ran and then mixed it up to keep them guessing. This gets them afraid of the pass first, so then the running game can open up the rest of the game.
I think its important for us to establish the pass first because every team we face has a gameplan to stop Frank Gore. We need to make them think that they have to stop both Smith and Gore.
I think Gore will get more rushing yards if we establish the pass first.
