2010 Record redo; 13-3?

23-0 (4 Preseason)

It's hard to predict an exact record, but I see this team going somewhere between 11-5 and 13-3. I haven't been this optimistic for a long time. We just need to avoid too many injuries.

Absolutely must win that first game on the road with the Saints coming in for week 2, hardly a gimme considering we choked up there last year.

Sun 9/12 @Seahawks Win - Tough venue to open, but the job gets done.
Mon 9/20 Saints Close Loss - This will be a fun game, but Brees will be the difference.
Sun 9/26 @Chiefs Win - The Chiefs suck
Sun 10/03 @Falcons Loss - We'll give them a better game than 2009, but still come up short
Sun 10/10 Eagles Win - I think the Eagles will decline this year
Sun 10/17 Raiders Win - Battle of the Bay goes to SF
Sun 10/24 @Panthers Loss - Should win this game, but the Panther's escape with the win.
Sun 10/31 Broncos Win - I think the Bronco's and McDaniel will implode this season.

Sun 11/14 Rams Win - We smoke the re-building Rams.
Sun 11/21 Buccaneers Win - This should be a win.
Mon 11/29 @Cardinals Win - I think by this time the Cards will be fading and we'll be facing Skelton.
Sun 12/5 @Packers Loss - Lambeau in December . . . Brrrrrrrr - Loss
Sun 12/12 Seahawks Win - Home win clinches the division.
Thur 12/16 @Chargers Loss - Short turn-around, we lose
Sun 12/26 @Rams Win - 10AM start, but it's the Rams.
Sun 1/2 Cardinals Win - Starters are resting after the 1st half, but we still pull it out.

Switch the Panthers loss with one within our division where we basically beat ourselves and you got it!

I dont see why multiple people think we will lose to the panthers. With Matt Moore at the helm he will be a good game manager but they will be a run first team, and we dominate the run. Their D isn't what it used to be either. IMO this will be one of the easier wins for us.

This is my conservative view of how the season plays out.

There are NO guaranteed Ls with this team. We have the talent to beat any team, any time.

Luck, including injuries, will play a huge factor.

If jimmy Raye is going to continue to throw screens on 3rd and 13 (nice catch Ginn) we might not see 9-7.

I think given the over all improvement of our roster, the gradual decline of divsional teams, a power house D, an easy schedule, and the improved play of Alex Smth we might just pull off a great season. If our coaches, like good managers, put our team in a position to win (good decision making/ playcalling), I think 12-4 could be our reality.

I think Sing failed to argue the Favre fumble whistle or not. He should have been on the field screaming and yelling and demanding an explanation. That kind of mistake can be huge in a close game. if our coachs aren't progressing at an equal pace as the players, we will have problems. Lets not forget, how many playoff games our head Coach, OC and DC have they won. THis is Sing's 2nd year as a head coach, he hasn't proved anything yet
