I'm rootin for Bowman, I think he'll be a STUD next to Willis and I hope he proves me right!

If he does, the guy playing next to him on the field said he'll have no worries. "He came out there and he had everything down like he was supposed to," Patrick Willis said of Bowman's Monday night performance. "And that's what a pro does. When his number's called, he comes in and is ready to go. And he was."

With Bowman starting, this will give us a very fast ILB combo, Spikes experience and tenacity will be missed, but I'm excited and hope to see Bowman make an impact on sunday, his speed and athletic ability will be a plus and hopefully give us a glimpse of what is to come

the TED Lb is supposed to be big enough to tangle with offensive lineman, but Bowmans speed and physical skills will cause fits for the Chiefs

Spikes will be another coach on Sunday and I'm sure he will be working with Bowman all week.
DROY?????
The more i think about this, the more excited i become. Spikes has been very solid player for us but Bowman and his speed make our LBs that much more dangerous

We have some speed in our LB corps

Niiiiice quotes! And wasn't Bowman one of the rare players Manusky mentioned that "corrects their mistakes immediately"!? man what a gem!
How about that open field tackle of Shockey in the fourth. Even Shockey was impressed with it as to how he congradulated Bowman with a pat when he got up. It was awesome!

I actually think it might be best if we start Bowman when we play Philly, another fast LB vs Vick wouldn't hurt.
How can you not root for this kid, his story is amazing!

Man you just reminded me...that Eagles game is prime time Sunday night right?! I can already see the storylines!!!!
Don't underestimate the importance Spikes has on this team. When he was out last year for a bit, we didn't perform as well on defense.

But then again, Bowman is an upgrade over whoever was backup last year.
Spikes may not get his job back. I'm calling it now. That's my prediction.
Spikes will be back in there when he's healthy. Bowman made more than a few mistakes in coverage on monday. Lets not get all moist just yet.
