I like the "Ballin' with Baalke". I remember when that was an over used phrase on the WZ. "Ballin". Everything comes full circle, eventually. Hopefully us having a winning franchise is back, too.

This is going to take some thought...for right now, I'm just stoked he had such a good first draft. He made some moves McCloughan never would have, plus he and Singletary seem to be in synch (more than w/Mac). Ballin' with Baalke's not bad, really, just need to keep the gay references at bay.

Ballin' sounds .. not good. Rollin' with Nolan worked because.. it both rhymed and rolled off the tongue well.
Why are we making a name for Trent anyway? He's not our coach.. He's the new GM (probably).

Yeah, but Dwight Clark was the only reason we had Terrell Owens, and he was an awful GM (or whatever his exact role was).

That's not the point. I'm not saying McC was a competent and masterful GM, as you are insinuating. All I'm saying is he is the sole reason we have P-Dub, and it's pretty unlikely that any player from this draft could surpass his talents. Especially only 2 days after the draft.
Therefore the original post is flawed.
