Singletary is a great motivator and leader, but he doesn't have experience and is still learning on the job so mistakes are to be expected. If he gets better at his X's & O's and continues to learn from his mistakes he can be a very, very good coach.

The media and alot of fans gave Sing heat for throwing Crabtree in two weeks after he signed.

That turned out to be full of win.

Sing chews out Chilo and Coffee every time they screwed up.
