I am leaving for London from California on 15 Oct. 2010, I am worried the tickets to my event wont reach me until after I leave. Is it possible for me to get a more definitive answer as to when my tickets will be dispatched, or better yet, is it possible for me to change the shipping destination to box office pick up instead?

Dear James,
Thank you for your email.
I have checked your booking and your tickets have not yet been dispatched. I cannot guarantee when they will be sent but it may not be until nearer to the date of the event. If you have not received your tickets 5 days before you travel then please contact us again. Please quote your booking reference number.
I am happy to have been able to assist.
Kind Regards

San Francisco 49ers v Denver Broncos - Wembley Stadium, London
Dear Ticketmaster customer,
This is a courtesy email from Ticketmaster regarding your tickets for the San Francisco 49ers v Denver Broncos event at Wembley Stadium, London, on 31 October 2010.
We are currently in the process of dispatching tickets for this event.
Your tickets, (unless on box office collection), will be dispatched via secure post and should arrive no later than five days before the event date.
Whilst Ticketmaster aims to dispatch tickets as soon as possible, we are not always able to be specific with the exact dates of dispatch. Please allow as much time as possible for your tickets to arrive before contacting us.
The tickets will be dispatched to the address given at the time of purchase.
If your tickets have not arrived five days before the show, or if you are travelling five days before you leave, please contact us.
Our secure post method means that on certain events, due to the time constraints, if you are not at home when the courier attempts delivery, the courier will assess the property to determine whether the address is a secure, low-risk location. In these circumstances, the courier may post your tickets without obtaining a signature.
This method aims to ensure that you receive your tickets securely and with the added convenience of you not having to rearrange a delivery.

ok... my ticketmaster profile says mine are currently being printed.
So I assume mine will be shipped out in the next couple of days... I wonder how long it usually takes for mail to reach CA from the UK?

Ticketmaster is a monopoly and they know they have ticket sales on lockdown so they don't give a rats ass. You get them when you get them, seriously, a status for printing the tickets? How long fan that take, 5 mins? Print them before you f**king sell them IMO.

They didn't give you the option of will call? When I bought my tickets I was able to get will call so I didn't have to worry about the tickets arriving here in time.
