To begin with AP has the ability to run both inside and outside unlike Gore who's only really effective between the tackles. AP's field vision is also significantly better, he's able to see the hole's better and makes better decisions with direction as a result. Granted, his running highlights look great because the Vikings' line opens some nice gaps, but Gore wouldn't have AP's numbers if he played in Minny.

So let's not get carried away. Please.

Gore is arguably a top-10 back in this league.

Peterson is one of the top-3 backs in the NFL.

I love CJ. But over the long haul of a career, I'd take AP. Why? Cuz he's bigger and that will be important after year 6 for these RB's. Yea, CJ is faster, but let's see what he'll be like 6 years into the league. I predict he will have nagging injuries that will slow him down.
