He also didn't mention Joe Montana as one of the greatest qb steals in the draft. So that doesn't mean much. However, that being said, I am a smith fan.

Kinda Like what you are doing? I guess I'll waste a few seconds responding to this thread. He only had a few minutes on the segment, there are more BUSTED QB's than that list! Not to hate on Alex Smith, but he was the #1 overall pick and if you are satisfied with his play then you need to up your standards.

I think some think that he was only a bust because of the crap job the Niners did with him. As a coach, I think Jimmy had sympathy for what Nolan did to him. That being said, i think he's a bust.
