actually, I hate to say this, but Singletary = Obama. All show and no dough.

While in part I would agree, he hasn’t spent enough money to be in the Obama category.

I don’t get it. I guess I don’t let the success, or lack of success, of my team dictate my emotional state. I have hope for this team but if that hope does not come to fruition, I see no reason to be depressed about it. Disappointed, yes, but depressed, NO.

I stick to my comment. In addition, I do not judge a team on 30 minutes of play. We have serious problems. Lack of an O line, lack of pass rush, problems with player development, for example. But these judgements weren't formed over watching two quarters of play.

I totally understand where you are coming from. I hope you and all the zoners have a great holiday season. I am already looking foreward to the draft.

The messed up thing is I really though that this year would be different, but it's seems to be the same old sh*t that we have been seeing since Mooch left. Yesterday was the first time this season that I truly admitted to myself that the niners are not a good team and still have a ways to go. As for coach Sing, as much as I like and root for him he just is not good enough to coach at this level. And Raye is just plain garbage. Here is to next year and A solid draft, this years is a wash people.

Yep...they are the Bidwells before they wised up (after 30 years of mediocrity)...with no salary cap next year, we will have nothing to cheer for forever, that is for sure...

Singletary is a great motivator, but does not have the intelligence for a complex offense. This "smash mouth" crap he talks about is a crutch just to get by.

There is no silver lining. Whats even worse is we will probably win just enough games to be out of the running to draft Bradford, Clausen, Locker, McCoy or whoever. We'll have another year with Alex Smith and as much as I want him to succeed he's not. Either he was ruined by the situation or just sucks. Whatever the case, he's not going to lead us to January football.

Everything sucks. I almost threw away my Young and Montana jersey's yesterday out of shear disgust.

This is NOT why I became a 9ers fan. I became a fan because they used to be the icon of good football. It's now been almost a decade of an icon of losers.

Let Jeff Garcia go.....hire Dennis Erikson.....draft Alex Smith.....draft Rashawn Woods....draft Kwame Harris....draft Giovani Garmonzi.....I can go on and on.

Good bye season....chalk it up to yet another year where it's embarrasing to cheer for the 9ers.

Then next year we will start out hot, take the annual nose dive and repeat! The only bright side is after 7 consecutive losing seasons we are finally getingstacked with some talent!!

I disagree, Scott is drafting well, it's up to the coaches to get these talents ready and execute!! Notice the difference between first and second halves! We can play with anyone, we just get out coached in the first half!!

its seems like the more we buy into the "NEW & IMPROVED" niners they give us the same results year in & year out
our organization is falling apart & it doesnt look bright for us for years to come

so to believe that we will be a playoff team even next season
i wont buy it unless we where to make blockbuster moves in the offseason

hire shanahan

hire norv turner as OC

trade for a superstar QB

beef up the OL

upgrade the secondary

have a great draft

all those things will probably wont happend so i wont buy into what the niners are selling next season

ill take it one game at a time NO MORE PLAYOFF TALKS for me till we actually stay competitive in late Nov going into December
