As silly as this sounds, i wouldn't be at all surprised, seeing how Sing has his favorites.

On what actual facts do you make that judgement?

The fact that Singletary seems to go out of his way NOT to discuss Crabtree...ever? I think that's justification enough that he does not care much for the guy.
Who does Singletary talk a lot about?

Also, Crabtree has done a lot to make the front office, the coaching staff and his teammates less than willing to put him up for Mr All-round Good Guy. The kid has a LOT of maturing to do before he will realize his awesome potential in this league.

yep i think he is being shown that we dont really need him. all the isolation of himself has cause a riff. if Alex could hit Morgan anytime he wants the it should be easy to hit crabs. but im not complaining. im more concerned that Vern aint getting open enough.

Yes and yes. I'm sorry if I needed to spell it out for you, but thanks to Crabtree's antics last year, the favor is now being returned. Singletary, Alex, Raye....so far, it does appear that he's intentionally being avoided. This is absoulte bulls**t. If the guy has the ability to break the game open, you give it to him no matter what your personal feelings are. This is the NFL, and these guys are supposed to be pros.

It can be said that Crabtree is not yet a proven differencemaker. If we don't give the kid a chance, we'll never know.

Smith never goes off course. He sticks to the main reads, if Crabtree is wide open in the endzone but isn't one of the first options in that play's design, chances are Smith will never even notice him.

wow he must be the best qb in the world if he stares down his primary target and can still get the completion

Mutha Fu--ing QB is the PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree Oline allowed 0 sacks. also because alex did the one thing i thought would never happen, he ran for the Chains when his team need the first downs. rather then rolling to his right and throwing it away which he did do once. He kind of seems to be the guy we've wait 6 years to see, he knows the system fully and now he seems to be functionally when the play doesn't go the way it was drawn up.

acually he was talking about the hawks game where alex had no time to throw
The lack of production from Crabtree is puzzling to me. I really dont think he is the problem. We really need to try and get him involved early and often. My theory is the Niners are trying to teach him a lesson. I could be wrong though.

2) We can now sleep knowing that Alex Smith is our QB and is NOT a bust.

3) We didnt give up any big plays in the secondary. (Really shocked)

Anyway I cant believe we lost but at least we fought till the end

GO NINERS!!!!

Ya except the biggest play of the game that gave them the game winning field goal

Well the sucked that game, but coming out against the saints and playing up to there potential was amazing to see a clean pocket really even the hawks game are oline looked better then any point last season. were improving boys but it's going to take awhile for those 2 rookies to become men.

man...
We had so many chances..so many Ifs
If Alex's int wasnt tipped
If delaine didnt fumble on the 5 yard line and we got AT LEAST a FG
If Manny Lawson picked off that ball near the sideline that was in his hands
If we recovered Bush's muffed punt
If Phillip Adams didnt fumble/ muff that punt
If Reggie Smith caught that pick 6 to win the game
If Parys Haralson didnt hit Brees after he threw the ball, that penalty was big on that drive
If Adam Snyder didnt go false start, you never know what couldve happened on that drive, we were moving the ball great that quarter

So many "Ifs" but they dont matter..

It isn't that they don't like him on the field. The point is that he missed so much time in TC that Smith doesn't have the same confidence in the routes that he has with the guys who were available everyday through TC. Hence, he throws it to the guys he knows will be where they are supposed to be when they are supposed to there.

I expect Crabtree to be in the mix soon, but it will take some time.

What matters now is what happens next. Does this make us play better or does it sink our season like the minny game last year. I'm going to say it will make us better......it kinda reminded me of the 07 giants losing to the patriots at the end of the regular season and they knew they could have won and then they went on a tear through the playoffs and the rest is history. I'm just saying that this game will make us play a whole lot better and there's no More excuses for losing to sub par teams like the seahawks.

Yes we improved. We must win now though. We dug ourselves quite a hole. KC is a tough place and has some good young players this year. That being said we must win this one because I don't think we match up well vs. Atlanta. And you don't want to be 0 - 4.
