Back in the 80s and 90s I use to be addicted to worrying about things like home field advantage. But in the 2000s I have gotten sober and now just take one game at a time.

What's sad is "Super Bowl" used to be a phrase thrown around loosely at one point with the 49ers. Never was a far fetched idea to get there or win it. Now we don't even mention it these days
