Why in the hell wouldn't we run this offense more with Smith. The 2 min to end the half actually looked like we had a competent offense for the first time in a long time.
I thought for sure we would open the second half in the 2 minute, especially after the colts opened up with a field goal.
Alex plays best in the shotgun, we had the defense on their heels and they couldn't stop us end of the first half.

Alex definitely plays his best football out of the spread and the offense in general seemed more at ease and effective in hurry up mode.
Hopefully Raye and Singletary can see this when reviewing film and realize that this gives us the best chance to win.

no. as long as we're tied or ahead by one point, we're going to run the ball. No matter if we're playing a team with one of the best offenses the league. Stupid logic huh?
