P Willis would start on every team in the NFL and they'd be happy with his production. Gore wouldn't. End of story.

gore doesn't take sh*t off. Thats crap.
However Willis will be here for many years to come. Gore on the other hand only has a couple good years left.

Frank Gore is higher up on the "leadership" factor than Willis is. Gore's influence on the team goes beyond his actual play.
