I was thinking with the Lewis injury as well as R.Smith being hurt this season just the thought of Roman playing is making me sick.
The 9ers have some nice depth at CB with Clements, Spencer, Bly, Brown
Why not consider moving one of the CBs to S? I'm not sure who alot of people on the board believe Clements will go there eventually but it's to soon for him, Spencer has been very good so far this season IMO. That leave's Bly, Brown, Hudson what do you guys think it's not perfect but I believe it's better than Roman.

Not this again. You just can't throw any of those CB's at safety and expect anything better than what Roman can do. It's just not gonna happen. Only a certain number of guys have been able to transfer to safety and be successful.

I'm not one of those make M.Robinson a S or throw M.Lawson back there guys. I do not like moving players around generally.
M.Roman completely blows, he may be the worst starting S in the NFL tomorrow
We have a min of 3 good CB's in Clements/Spencer/Bly another decent young guy in Brown and a roster filler in Hudson
How much worst could it really be? Do you think they would have worse position than Roman? Be a less effective ball hawk?
With M.Lewis out we have nothing at S and need to try something.
