Could Alex Smith run the Wild Cat???

I was watching ESPN and they said that the Dolphins are planning on using Tyler Thigpen in there wild cat offence. Now the Dolphins run the wild cat better than anyone. Do you think that we could utilize Alex Smith in the same compacity?

You need good blocking to run the Wild Cat. I wouldn't try it with Smith, Hill, Spurlock, Battle, or M-Rob. The wild cat/taser is a no no for the niners

pre and regular season are not the same thing buddy... why do several QB's start off slow and then pick up.. it happens more often then not.. the game speed is different and so is the chemistry with ur team.

we cant even run when the team doesnt 100% know were gonna run, with the wildcat its a run almost everytime. we need to show we can run before we do that. our blocking isnt good enough to run the wildcat

yea watching smith getting smashed would really jumpstart this offense
