I think playing ugly games has really helped the Niners win. This team seems to thrive in ugly games when most teams do not. It maybe Singletary's vision for this team. Making our opponents play ugly games makes them uncomfortable and throws them off.

It's definitely the opposite of the Niners I grew up with (Walsh, Seifert, Mooch), but its effective and rackin' up the W's.

Perhaps. Good teams always find a way to win.

Gotta agree with you all. A win is a win. Ugly or not.

I'd rather have a beautiful win, but an ugly win is at least a 1000 times better than any kind of loss.
