But I coach not to lose.
Maybe next week he can change that line to
"and I play and coach to win!"

He didn't play to win today, the entire coaching staff played to not lose this game. By running on that last drive and not blitzing on the Vikings last drive we blew it.

I don't mind running the ball to take all their time outs. But we should have dialed up some pressure on favre.

I don't think the very last drive was so bad. At that point, running was probably the right thing to do.
However, the overall philosophy is what bothers me.
Its ashame that we wait until we are down in the fourth to start throwing the ball.
This game was EXACTLY like the Cardinals game, except for one difference...
The Vikings have Brett Favre.
