I thank Deion for helping us win a Superbowl. He did a helluva lot for this team in 1994, and Im sure that if he had stayed on, we wouldve won another in 1995 and maybe even in 1996.

With that said, Deion has always been about flash-and-cash. So he's Crabtree's mentor ? Who gives a s**t ? We thought we got a steal in the draft. Apparently we did not. It was a bad call; cant blame McCloughan b/c he was the best player available at the time.

I say we move on; cut ties with Crabtree. No more negotiations. Start cutting from his paycheck..........let him ride come March. If we're lucky, we'll get a good draft pick. Option 2 is sign and trade, if the Jets or anyone else is willing.

In either case, he's not needed.

I am thankful for the 94 season in which he played for the team. After that, not so much.
