Boy was I wrong about Nedney's leg, his kickoffs were the best I have seen them in years.

I dont ever wanna see Run-Run-Run - Punt ever again this season, especially when the game is so close, I mean c'mon I know were supposed to be a running team but we sent Gore into a buzzsaw when the defense Just knew we werent gonna pass !!!
And if we ever run a reverse again, I hope Raye will use Davis, Morgan or Spurlock instead of Bruce, that was Just a horrible play and shows Jimmy Raye "Might" be out of touch when calling the plays, I'm sure a lot of us were scratching our heads after that one

Great, but Pashos isn't going to magically change anything.
On Snyder's first sack, Hill dropped back 3 steps, and due to push from the middle, he stepped back even further. This allowed Snyder's quick linebacker to easily make a move around him and get to Hill. I guess if he was an All-Pro player, he would have overcame this.
On the second sack, Snyder was blocking Dockett on a play-action, but then Davis Baas RAN INTO him because he was pulling on the play-action fake. How can Snyder be blamed for that? It was a very poorly conceived play to use against an aggressive Cardinals defense.
On the third sack, Snyder made a mental error. He was not set because he was trying to point out a blitz to Rachal. His head was turned staring straight at Rachal (or Heitmann) and his right arm was extended to his left. The ball was snapped and he had to recover from this awkward position.
Again, maybe an All-Pro superstar could have recovered from this.
Pashos is not going to be LESS confused than Snyder. Snyder has had tons more time to study and practice the offense even though he missed some training camp.
Confusion caused two of the sacks. The other sack was caused by a dancing quarterback.
Does Pashos have quicker feet than Snyder? Not really.
Does Pashos have a better grasp of the blocking scheme? No.
I'm very glad we have Pashos, but that's because it give us depth.
If Pashos does indeed win the job over Snyder at some point, so be it. But at this point, he can't come in and magically make everything better.
As long as there is no push up the middle, Snyder will pass block his man 99% of the time.
And he was doing his job well in the running game too. Its not his fault he can't block two people at once. The Cardinals were run blitzing us all day.

I think Rossum will do good for this season, but we have got to find a younger more explosive player to help out in return game.

Don't forget on Kickoffs that the rules have changed about having wedges so that is gonna affect the return game of all teams.

Texas made a good point. Ariz may have lost this game with their penalties and mistakes.
A team can win many games by not losing them. By this I mean that games are frequently lost by careless, mindless mistakes and penalties. This is part of the reason Walsh's team were winners: they rarely beat themselves. He had smart players. He stayed away from dumb athletes.
