Who have we cut that have thrived elsewhere?

Antonio Bryant had a good season last year and is probably slotted to start. I think I saw Harvey Dahl projected to start at guard for someone too. As opposed to Jamie Winborn and Marcus Maxwell, who both got cut yesterday.

Ed Mc Caffrey could never make it on the active roster, but once he went to denver he became a solid reciever for them. I guess playing next to Rice, Owens helped him develop.

Good example of a late round pick who was cut prior to the season and went on to fairly significant success is Daven Holly, the CB Nolan picked in 2005.

Went on to start for Cleveland and have a pretty solid career.

None of those players were cut....they didn't get resigned and signed as free agents elsewhere. Daven Holly played two good years for the Browns....6 or 7 int's in two years.....but the pickings were slim in the Cleveland secondary so he got alot of PT.
