Mel said he thinks with a weak receiving core in '10, he could go even higher.


McShay didn't agree at all, and said he stands to lose $7mil or so by falling in the draft & that teams would be wary of the person (diva/cancer) because of everything going on now.

My only question is. How could you possilbly police him if he did work out for another team? This is a BIG country.

To everyone but Crabtree & Mel.

Mel Kiper's stance is illogical. If teams have Crabs rated that high, then they would just work out a pre-draft trade for his rights. A team sitting out of the top 10 that needed a legit WR would probably try to trade for his rights. He is not going to go back into the draft cause the 49ers will try to get something out of this.

Crabs is going to keep turning down signing attempts until one day he is working in the Costco Tire Department.

Well I don't have a crystal ball but I think we can almost be able to tell who might end up in the top 10 for next year's draft

1.Detroit-Odds are good, maybe not #1
2.St.Louis-Same here, at least top 5
3.Kansas City-Doesn't look a lot better
4.Seattle-They won't be in the top 10
5.Cleveland-Traded with NYJ-still look bad
6.Cincinnati-Might be better but still end in the top 10
7.Oakland-Figure this one out yourself
8.Jacksonville-Big question mark still can end up in the top 10
9.Green Bay-Probably won't end up top 10
10.San Francisco

Okay lets pick 2 alternate teams to replace Seattle and Green Bay next year

Carolina-we can only hope

So pretty much we might have 7 of the 10 teams back in the top 10 next year. Obviously we don't count since we picked 10th. Only 2 different teams might be in that mix to draft Crabtree higher than 10th since the same teams that passed on him will be there again.

Crabtree will sign he will be a niner for the next 4-5 years he will score many TDs for us

Mel Kiper thought Crabtree would be a top 5 pick this year. He doesn't know anything.
