Hill can't make that throw.
Actually Hill made that same throw vs. the Bills last year to Vernon Davis but was called back due to holding.
Not with that zip, which you need though.
Not with that same zip right, but Davis still caught it in stride and for a supposed TD....nuff said. Give Hill a more aggressive OC and he will be in a better rhythm passing.
