I think I'm gonna try and make the opener at Arizona. haven't been to a Niner game in about 7 years.
I hate thatwe play Arizona in the opener again. Can't these guys get a little more creative? Anyway, I hope we embarrass them. I can't stand that team or their fans.

Agreed 100%. Now what they can do with it will be the mystery until next fall.

Sept. 27 at Minnesota 10 a.m. (1-2)
Oct. 4 St. Louis 1:15 p.m. (2-2)
Oct. 11 Atlanta 1:05 p.m. (2-3)
Oct. 18 BYE
Oct. 25 at Houston 10 a.m. (3-3)

Nov. 29 Jacksonville 1:05 p.m. (4-7)
Dec. 6 at Seattle 1:15 p.m. (5-7)

Jan. 3 at St. Louis 10 a.m. (8-8)
I know anything can change during a season (injuries, etc), but its just so boring to look forward to a .500 season... I mean even if we get lucky and win an extra game somewhere, I doubt we make the playoffs...
So heres my own predictions on what to look forward to next season that might actually get a rise out of Niner Nation, who with every season out of the Super Bowl just keeps getting more and more irrelevant
1) Frankie Baby getting back to elite status, and by that I mean 1,700+ yards rushing
2) Singletary offering some more post game rants to earn a spot in a Coors commercial
3) Sir Patrick Willis every mothafuka coming his way
I know I should look at the silver lining here but a .500 season??? Man am I glad the Phillies just won the World Series, that should carry me until the Niners win again, which I dont see happening in at least 3 more seasons, at the earliest
So I ask... does anyone out there think we're gonna be better than .500?? Or that we will get better in the years to come?? I love Singletary but this franchise is just stuck in the fuking mud!

LOL at those three words!!!
LOL at your response
Every year, it's 10-6. Cracks me up.
Well keep laughing as it happens this year!
My question is why so much negativity from so called fans in the zone?

Everybody thinks we can go 10-6 but I feel we STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT WE HAVE AT QB! Maybe Hill can pick up where he left off....maybe not. Teams now know about him and will gameplan around him. God only knows

If they game plan more around Hill then that takes pressure off of Gore though.

The schedule?
Nothing more than a list of teams we're going to beat each week.
This is my 49ers we're talking about. On gameday, they're better than any other team, even if it's not true.
In all seriousness, I can't make any record predictions until after the draft, and well.. after seeing a couple pre-season games, really.
