I am Mike Nolan and I don't approve of this thread. Of course, I fully approve of my own threads.

Decent Defensive coordinator. Pretty good judge of talent. Horrible with quarterbacks. b******t artist. Thinks it's still the 60's.

I guess I'll take the bait (Disclaimer: Explicit Lyrics):
Minus the obnoxious intro, the lyrics are surprisingly witty lol

The Nolan-era was such a strange & interesting time.
It's a weird feeling to root for a team you think is improving, but is really just running in place.

Willis is a Nolan GM pick. Scott pushed for him hard though, and Singletary actually didn't even want Willis, lol.
First two years looked promising, but Nowin eventually showed his true loser colors.

One big difference between Nowin and Harbs, among many things, is that Jim simply has a huge presence about himself when he's around people. Nolan just has a more impotent personality. Singletary became braindead with the title Head Coach.

Singletary is probably an amazing position coach.
X's & O's though... completely clueless.
