uh oh............looks like the Seahawks actually like to improve their team. What a concept!!! Unless they just sit him like we do Westbrook.

This is a very good pickup for the 'Hawks. I respect that their management is making changes in a hurry, and effective ones at that.

He really isn't anything special, he is average. He is an upgrade for them but not by much.

I'd rather have Brian Westbrook than Lynch.
Too bad we never use his versatility.

if being a good rb means being a good tap dancer behnd your offensive line then he sure is
.. and don't blame it on his line because fred jackson has been far more productive behind the same exact line.

Not that afraid of Lynch, its always the speedy RB's we have trouble with.

Really?
You would rather have a RB past his prime (Westbrook) instead of a RB in his prime (Lynch).

omg some of these runs are just ridiculous, just ridiculous
please watch both videos in full...also remember these runs were before T.O. was on the team to help teams from stacking the box...also the Bills had horrible QBs, another reason to stack the box.
just wow.
the NFC West
Frank Gore
Steven Jackson
Marshawn Lynch
Bennie Wells (eh )
but either way, your defenses better be ok with alittle pain trying to bring these monsters down.
I'm still traumatized what Steven Jackson's thighs did to poor Mike Rumph's arm

some of you guys are in denial he's 24 with a pro bowl on his resume not exactly chop liver. no one plays well in buffalo so to cast him aside as "average" is completely misguided.

his resume also includes being beat out by an undrafted free agent and being replaced and traded for a 4th rounder 4 years after being drafted in the top 15. sounds pretty average to me..
