David Shaw -NFL network and Stanford HC is awesome

David is one of the best commentators I've seen in a long time. Real knowledge and a understanding of the game at all levels. I love him. That's it.
Seahawks will hire him after PC crashes and burns just to piss us off
I give it another year and David Shaw makes the leap. Hopefully to an AFC team, except the Jets. I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

Shaw wont be leaving Stanford for a long time

I hope so but while it's his Dream job I think he will go to the league if they stay successful. I think it's clear he could be on the Niners staff if he wanted to. He will wait for a HC job.

Raiders, Titans, Panthers, and Vikings would be interesting fits. Jets and Cowboys are cluster****s.

He was excellent!

Thoughtful and VERY well spoken.

I could listen to this guy all day. If he wanted - I'm sure he's have a great shot as a TV guy. Better than those 2 pieces of drift-wood on 1st take.
He is an outstanding communicator...so is Brian Kelly, the ND head coach. Les Myles, not so much.

Guy isn't going anywhere for awhile.
I'd be stunned if he left Stanford any time soon.
