I have a feeling we will take a 2nd safety b4 this draft is over....whitner is done after this year and this is a deep draft of talented safeties so it makes sense for us to load up for our future at safety for the next few yrs right now. I wouldn't be surprised if we took Dj Swearinger or someone else in the 2nd or 3rd rd here today

I would not be disappointed if they did. Swearinger and Reid would be a great safety pairing long term.

Corner yes, but whether the guy plays corner or safety in the end can always be worked out later on.

I doubt it. We picked Trenton Robinson last year for a reason. I see Robinson and Reid as our starting safeties long term.

I'm just a little skeptical about his size. Robinson's only 5'9, I don't recall any safeties who are 5'9 doing well. (Wasn't Bob Sanders 5'9-ish too though?)

JJ Wilcox, or John Boyett is they want a SS and are putting Reid at FS.

I think other than TE and DE and maybe DT we go with BPA.

Can anybody tell me how the chiefs had the first pick in the first round.. and the 2nd pick in the 2nd round (ours).
